I'm Weng Shern, but I go by the name, Disudo on the internet. I did the personality test from 41q and got INFP for all the times I tried. Well I guess I'm sort of introverted, I do try to initiate conversation with company but it's kinda hard to sustain that conversation as I usually run out of things to say. Fast.
My hobbies range across 2 varsely different types. As a boy, sports and computer games are a must. It's hard to live life mugging all your life or laying down on the couch watching television, although I do do that when I'm on the computer for like 9 hours a day. Yeaps, not kidding.
When I was a little kid, I used to love to watch and play soccer, I followed my favourite team then Blackburn, but ever since Singtel snatched the rights to BPL from Starhub, that interest in me has died down although I still get excited at the sight of balls. SOCCER BALLS. I like other sports too, racquet sports are cool, table tennis and badminton but I'm too weak for tennis.
I hate to run, cuz almost everytime I do, I stop like in 10 minutes suffering from stitches.
Now onto computer games, I prefer FPS, racing, sports to RPGs and strategy. I do suck at Blackshot cuz I've got a pretty laggy com and slow reaction, but at other single player games like Portal, Modern Warfare, I do enjoy them because of their good plot and smooth relaxed gameplay as compared to online FPS.
I've been playing the piano for 8 years, but I never claim I'm good at it because I seldom practice. No classical pieces interest me, that's why. But recently, I've been gaining that interest back due to the newer pieces from the 20th century, such as Kiss the Rain from drama OSTs and a few other ballad songs. I've also got a keyboard, which I occasionally do try to make beats with, but I've never completed a song because it's too hard. Right now, I'm into guitar, having learnt quite a few chords and able to strum, and sometimes pluck, modern pop songs and sing along to them.
I love KPOP. Well, not just the pop songs, in fact I don't really fancy the songs, but I totally love the Korean entertainment industry, their variety shows, their utilisation of Kpop idols in variety shows, their beloved hosts and of course, their polite and clean culture unlike American shows which just show too much of what Americans like to watch - sex, booty, partying, smoking, etc..
My favourite variety show is none other than....1박 2일. The bokbulbok games they play before dinner and sleep are fun to watch and addictive to play in real life. But ever since my favourite host Kang Ho Dong left the industry, I'm switching over my favourite show to Running Man for its amusing concept.
I like to design stuff. Not painting, sketching those few, but coming up with innovations and new package designs for stuff. I love to make short films or videos, cuz probably I got such inspiration from my family. My cousins are famous Singaporean filmmakers that's why. I have done a few shorts for my school projects, available at my YouTube channel if you can find it.
One more thing, I do love to visit theme parks. Not just rollercoasters, I mean, not exactly rollercoasters cuz I'm afraid of them the moment I reach the entrance to those queues, but I like the ambience and theme of the whole park, how everything I see and do and touch is so integrated. I personally like to go to those 4D attractions or watch the in-park shows.
I like Apple products, not because they're expensive and not because I want to look cool, but because indeed their design is top notch, and being a picky design freak I am, I do go for appearance and I find the iPhone fantastic looking. It's also a very good gaming platform and I shall stop here lest some fandroids come disliking my page and call me a Crapple Fanboy. I lol at that term. I personally prefer being a piece of shit than a fugly robot disguised as a fail human.
Um.. that's it I guess. One last thing, I am Pixar biased, I only like Disney Pixar movies.
